As roller skaters, we require a strong core to keep us rolling. Skate Core is an extended yoga practice that will dive into the anatomy and function of your core as it relates to roller skating. In this practice you will learn how to stabilize and strengthen your core to feel strong and supported in your skating. This month, we will be focusing on the rotational muscles of the core to build strength that will inform your balance and stabilize your center.
Yoga for Skaters is an off-skates Vinyasa-based yoga practice that has been designed with roller skaters in mind. This class is appropriate for all levels. If you cannot make the live class time, the recording can be sent to you when you sign up for the workshop.
